As many of you know I hit target back in 2016 but I have now decided that I would actually like to lose a little more, this is despite me spending the last 4 months just trying to get back to my original target.
So why? I am feeling really motivated and so I want a challenge, when I got to target I had booked a holiday for that December and by that point I had managed to get down to 10 and half. I spent this morning looking at the photos from that little break and I could remember how happy, confident and awesome in a bikini I felt and so that is what I am once again chasing.
Today is going to become my new Week 1 and Day 1. I will be updating my progress on my blog and instagram.
Now to decide which food diary to use, shall I stick with my first landscape version, a portrait ring bound diary or the new organiser format....decisions decisions.
