Monthly Total - Pop in the total for the whole month, how much will you achieve over the 12 months?
Mini Targets - For each half stone why not treat yourself, new bubble bath or perhaps a book, record them and tick them off as you achieve them.
My Measurements - Record your chest, waist, hips, thighs and upper arms and see how much you lose from each as the year progresses
Non-scale victories - Record your achievements along the way which aren't measured by the scales. For example a colleague telling you how fab you look, perhaps the armrest on the plane not grabbing your thigh, running for the bus for the first time, anything that makes you smile and motivated to keep going.
