How long will my order take?

Orders are processed within 3 working days, but we are currently only shipping on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at midday - For example, if you receive a dispatch notification on Monday evening your item will not be shipped until Wednesday (our next available shipping day). Once lockdown has ended we will return to daily shipping.

Christmas/January - These are very busy times for the business and turn around of orders will take up to 5 days (also delivery takes longer as Royal Mail often experience a back log of post due to the holidays).

All orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class, once your item leaves us we have no control over how long this item will take to arrive.

On Plan Planners will keep you updated every step of the way relating to the progress of your order.

 

Why do I have to pay for Signed For on my order?

All orders over £20 are sent Signed For so that we are able to track these items (we will provide you with your reference so you can also do this). Signed For also insures the item should anything happen to it during the shipping stage.

 

My order hasn't arrived what should I do?

Orders should normally arrive a few days after you receive your dispatch email, but certain times Royal Mail can experience delays, therefore we would request that you give the item up to 10 working days to arrive. We are unable to chase any missing items with Royal Mail until this period.

 

My order has arrived but I have the wrong item?

Unfortunately sometimes we do make an error (and likewise sometimes our customers make a mistake during ordering), if either is the case please just drop us an email with your order number and issue to leanne@onplanplanners.com and we will rectify the issue with you immediately.

 

Does On Plan Planners ship outside of the UK?

Unfortunately at present we are not shipping overseas at present due to issues with the import taxes placed on items. However, we are shipping internationally from our Etsy shop where you will be charged the import tax at checkout and will not incur any additional charges when it reaches you. Which weight loss plans do you cover?

We cater for Slimming World, Weight Watchers and Calorie Counting

If you are unable to find the product you wish to purchase in the weight loss plan of your choice, please do send us an email and we will be able to sort this for you.

 

Will sold out items be restocked?

Yes, we will try and provide a restock date on any products that have sold out within the product description section. If we have sold out and are not planning to restock the item we will state 'discontinued'

 

Can I personalise my cover?

Yes all of our covers are designed and printed in house by On Plan Planners, therefore if there is something you would like which we do not have on offer, please let us know and we can either change the wording on an existing cover or we can try and create the cover you would like.

 

Can I customise products or request bespoke items?

If we have the time and resources available we will do everything possible to accommodate customisations/bespoke orders/batch orders etc please drop us an email at leanne@onplanplanners.com to discuss requirements.

 

Who makes your planners and food diaries?

Everything is designed, printed, cut and bound by me, all of our products are managed in house, you are therefore receiving a truly hand made item (well apart from our organisers and some stationary items).
